In April 2022, YDT's Dongguan branch opened.
This is our second point in Guangdong. Previously, Guangzhou and Shenzhen volume was carried by existing channels; as client numbers grew, Dongguan and surrounding shipping demand needed dedicated resident staff to respond.
Dongguan's trait is the tight combination of manufacturing and export trade: many local factories export directly, and many cross-border sellers organize their supply chain in Dongguan. These two client types have different needs:
- Factory clients care more about the completeness of the declaration and tax-rebate chain, and stable space for large volumes;
- Seller clients care more about inbound speed, last-mile delivery and clearance options.
So the Dongguan point differentiated its staffing — separate posts for customs declaration and customer service, so factory clients' declaration needs and seller clients' inbound needs each find the right person.

By the end of the year, YDT's self-operated network covered Fujian (Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Xiamen, Putian), Zhejiang (Yiwu), Guangdong (Dongguan), plus the Khorgos subsidiary and bonded warehouse in Xinjiang — a complete network from sourcing base to exit port.
