Xiamen, Quanzhou and Putian branches open — serving Fujian's three sourcing hubs locally

Counting from the 2016 founding of our HQ, within two years our Fujian client volume grew fast. A practical problem emerged: the HQ is in Fuzhou, but a lot of cargo is in Quanzhou, Xiamen and Putian.

The cargo is in prefecture-level cities, but people had to wait until enough accumulated to ship to Fuzhou — adding a day or even two of waiting. For air-first-mile clients, that one day directly eats the speed advantage.

So starting this year we began setting up points across Fujian. The Xiamen, Quanzhou and Putian branches opened in sequence, each covering its city's sourcing base:

  • Quanzhou — concentrated footwear, bags and home goods; Fujian's largest cross-border shipping city;
  • Xiamen — dense port resources and trading companies, serving both cross-border sellers and export factories;
  • Putian — footwear industry belt, high shipping frequency with small, dense batches.

The change from setting up nearby is direct: an order placed in the morning can be picked up the same day, without waiting to consolidate. Clients can also come to the point directly with questions, far more efficient than a dozen phone calls.

On self-operated branches
These three points have been self-operated from day one — no franchising, no subcontracting. We still insist on this today — once subcontracted, pickup standards and service quality are no longer in our hands.
